What is kept

When you place an order, the shop keeps:

• your name, mobile number and city
• your address, if you choose courier delivery
• the piece you ordered, the amount, and the order’s progress

Payment screenshots are sent on WhatsApp and are not stored on this website. No card or bank login details are ever asked for.

Why

Only to complete your order: to confirm your payment, arrange pickup or courier, and contact you about the order. Your details are never sold, and are not used for advertising.

Who sees it

Only the shop owner. For courier orders, your name, number and address are given to the courier company to deliver the parcel. The information is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, and is sent over an encrypted connection.

On your phone

This website remembers the orders you place on your phone, so you can find them under “My orders”. That list stays on your phone only. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Removing your information

To see or remove the information kept about you, message us on WhatsApp at 0321-8825837. Records of completed sales may be kept for the shop’s accounts.
